Information collected
ODP does not require a public website account. Stripe processes subscription payments and provides ODP with transaction, subscription, and customer contact information needed to deliver and administer the service. The hosting provider may collect standard security and traffic logs.
Public-record information
The product processes development information published by municipalities and regional districts. ODP limits displayed contacts to business or project contacts appearing in those public records and does not intentionally enrich records with private residential contact information.
Use and retention
Subscriber email addresses are used to deliver the paid issue, service notices, receipts, and essential subscription communications. Payment card details are not stored by ODP. Operational records are retained only as reasonably required to provide the subscription and meet legal or accounting obligations.
Service providers
Stripe provides payment processing, Cloudflare is the intended public-site host, and Google Gmail is the intended delivery provider. Their privacy terms apply when those services process information.
