Terms of service
Effective July 16, 2026. These terms govern subscriptions to Okanagan Development Pulse.
Supplier
MCH Strategic Holdings Inc. operates the Okanagan Development Pulse service. Service questions and notices may be sent to okanagandevelopmentpulse@gmail.com. Supplier contact and mailing information also appears on the Stripe checkout record and each service email.
Service and delivery
The service is a standardized weekly digital development-intelligence subscription. Each Wednesday edition includes an email summary and authenticated access to an HTML brief focused on new and changed included projects, a filterable Excel workbook containing the complete current subscriber catalog, and a CSV containing that current catalog. Access is limited to the email address associated with the active Stripe subscription. The first edition is the next scheduled Wednesday edition after Stripe confirms the subscription is active. If delivery is interrupted by a statutory holiday, source outage, or technical incident, ODP will deliver as soon as reasonably practicable.
Custom research, consulting, bid representation, historical database access, guaranteed contact information, procurement services, and guaranteed business opportunities are not included.
Price, renewal, and contract formation
The subscription price is CA$49 per month, billed automatically in Canadian dollars through Stripe until cancelled. Any applicable tax or other charge will be itemized before checkout is completed. There is no annual contract. The Stripe checkout confirmation, these terms, and the service description form the subscription agreement. Subscribers should retain their Stripe receipt and a copy of these terms.
Cancellation and refunds
Subscribers may cancel at any time through Stripe's customer portal or by emailing ODP. There is no cancellation fee. Cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the current paid billing period. Partial-period refunds are not ordinarily provided, but refunds will be issued where required by law or where ODP fails to provide the purchased service.
Data limitations
ODP summarizes public records that may be incomplete, delayed, corrected, or withdrawn. Subscribers must verify important details at the linked public source. A listed permit or application is not an invitation to bid and does not establish that work is available.
Permitted use
The subscription is a revocable, non-exclusive licence for the named subscribing business's internal research. Subscriber reports, workbooks, exports, credentials, and portal access may not be shared outside that business. Republishing, forwarding subscriber files, reselling, automated extraction, systematic copying, account sharing, or operating a competing data service from an ODP report or export is not permitted.
ODP may apply subscriber-specific licence identifiers and maintain access and download logs to protect the service. Access may be suspended when usage reasonably indicates credential sharing, automated extraction, resale, or redistribution. ODP will provide a reasonable opportunity to explain legitimate unusual activity before permanent termination, except where immediate suspension is necessary to protect the service or other subscribers.
Availability and changes
ODP may change sources, rankings, fields, or presentation as public systems evolve, provided the core weekly service is not materially reduced during a paid billing period. Material changes to price, renewal, delivery, or included products will be disclosed before they take effect. Subscribers may cancel before the next renewal.
Liability
ODP is provided as market intelligence, not legal, planning, procurement, financial, or investment advice. To the extent permitted by law, ODP is not liable for decisions made from public-record errors, omissions, timing, or service interruptions. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada. Mandatory consumer-protection rights continue to apply.
