Subscription
The service is a recurring monthly digital subscription billed through Stripe. Subscribers receive the standardized Okanagan opportunity brief and associated export. Custom research, consulting, bid representation, and guaranteed contact information are not included.
Cancellation
Subscribers may cancel through the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the paid billing period. Refunds are provided where required by law or where ODP fails to deliver the purchased service.
Data limitations
ODP summarizes public records that may be incomplete, delayed, corrected, or withdrawn. Subscribers must verify important details at the linked municipal source. A listed permit or application is not an invitation to bid and does not establish that work is available.
Permitted use
The subscription is for the subscribing business's internal research. Republishing, reselling, or operating a competing data service from the ODP report or export is not permitted.
Liability
ODP is provided as market intelligence, not legal, planning, procurement, financial, or investment advice. To the extent permitted by law, MCH Strategic Holdings Inc. is not liable for decisions made from public-record errors, omissions, timing, or service interruptions.
